  • Yes, Beehive Domes are dog-friendly. We welcome well-socialized, trained, and friendly dogs. However, dogs with a history or instance of aggressive or reactive behavior are not permitted. Aggressive behavior, failure to comply with the leash law, and other violations of our dog policies may result in immediate eviction from the property.

    • Standard Cancellation: To avoid a 100% forfeiture of the total reservation cost, including tax, applicable fees, and add-ons, cancellations must be made at least 15 days prior to the scheduled arrival date. The 50% deposit is non-refundable, but guests can reschedule their stay at no additional cost.
       

    • Non-Attendance Policy: Failure to attend a reservation results in a 100% forfeiture of the reservation payment, including tax, fees, and add-ons. No refunds or credits will be issued for non-attended reservations.
       

    • Changes to Reservation: To change the location or payment method, cancel your existing reservation and make a new booking at least 15 days before your arrival date. Changes are subject to the cancellation policy.
       

    • Rescheduling: If you reschedule a reservation, the cancellation policy will apply to the original reservation dates.
       

    • Accommodation Guarantee: If we cannot provide the booked property or one with similar or superior characteristics, you will receive a full refund equivalent to the total value of the stay, including tax, fees, and add-ons.Garrett County Leash Law: Dogs must be leashed at all times and under verbal control when outside the dwelling.

    • The guest booking the reservation must be at least 18 years old. No individuals under the age of 18 will be given access to the property.

    • Beehive Dome is fully self-check-in. You will receive an access code and a map of your dome location prior to check-in. Parking is available in designated Beehive areas, and push carts for luggage are provided. Each dome is within a minute’s walk from the parking area.

    • Check-in Time: 3:00 PM

    • Check-out Time: 11:00 AM

  • Any damages or missing items discovered during or after your stay, caused by you or your guests, will be assessed and billed to the credit card on file.

    • Weekends: Typically require a minimum stay of 2 nights.

    • Holidays and Event Weekends: May require a minimum stay of 3 nights or more.

    • Sheets & Towels

    • Beds will be made with linens, pillows, and bedspread.

    • Bath Towels (1 towel/washcloth per person)

    • Drip or instant coffee, tea, pots, pans, dishes, utensils, glassware

    • Paper products (toilet paper, paper towels, coffee filters, etc.)
